Save those canisters!

Tip for May 2005:
Gas & Oil Cans

TIP BY MERCURY1
You know those little "Do Not Eat" canisters you get in just about everything? Technically they're called "desiccants," and usually contain calcium oxide or silica gel to work as drying agents in food and medicine products. They also happen to be the right size for five-gallon cans in 1/25 scale, complete with a lid seam and textured top. With a little paint and a couple of details, you now have another detail to add to that diorama or tow truck.
