Mesh Grille

Need some fine mesh for your grille opening? Check the kitchen department of your nearest super store for splatter screens. They have a nice, uniform mesh and are made of soft metal so they're very easy to work with. You can even cut them with relatively old scissors and still get clean results. They are typically unpainted silver, but can be painted with no special prep work.
