Although a Gremlins tribute was always on my radar, I had actually planned to build the toy car Gizmo uses to come to the rescue at the end of the movie (sort of like what I did for the Dead Pool Corvette). Then GreenLight released their diecast, which was generally good but didn't quite fit the look of the film car. Some Woodland Scenics snow and a few modifications took care of that nicely.
