Building the Tumbler prompted me to revisit my models of the 1989 - 1997 movie Batmobiles. I had already rebuilt the Batman Forever car and was pretty happy with it, so the next rebuild was going to be the original Anton Furst design that Michael Keaton used (my first attempt at this design was based on preproduction art, so most of the colors were "wrong" for its movie appearance). There were a few changes made between Batman and Batman Returns, so I did this as a tandem build: one kit was used to recreate the 1989 version, and the second became the 1992 version.
