Much as I enjoyed Red Notice, I wasn't expecting to add a representative of it to my collection anytime soon. The only real chase scene was between a "1931 Mercedes-Benz Grosser 770" (in reality a mix of what seems to be real and made-up components) and a couple of generic Kübelwagens, while the much shorter (albeit hilarious) chase from earlier in the movie was between a Honda NC 50 Express and a Porsche Taycan Turbo. And honestly, who's going to make either of those in 1/24? Well, as it turns out, Welly. They even made one in white, saving me a whole bunch of work.

Not that it was 100% accurate: the movie car had a glass roof panel, so I disassembled the Taycan and repainted the roof gloss black. I also should have removed the roof recess to make it more accurate, but in the immortal words of Jeremy Clarkson..."it's because, quite simply, I forgot." I then spend some time cleaning up a few minor casting errors and painting the interior, window surrounds, and panel breaks. The final detail was a set of a screen-accurate Italian license plates.
