The C8 Corvette was a huge deal when it was in development - were we finally going to see the fabled mid-engine Corvette? What would it look like? How would it handle? Turbo? Electric? Then it finally hit, and so did COVID-19 and we all suddenly had other things on our minds. But everything that had been set in motion before the pandemic was still able to roll out, not just the car, but the replica of it as well.
