Background

Norm Miller took over driving duties after John Seasock moved to Grinder for the 2011 season.

Packaging

The plastic box is a straight repeat of the all-new design that debuted in 2010, but the printed components have been updated. The bottom of the base is now blue, and the front panel has been redesigned to have red and silver stripes with a "Die-Cast Metal Body" callout and the Monster Jam logo to go along with the Batman symbol. The back panel now has only the Hot Wheels logo in the top left corner. and the reverse side has a "Did You Know" trivia blurb that talks about the four-wheel steering on these trucks.

Casting/Paint

Essentially unchanged from 2010, the only obvious difference is the USHRA logo on the truck's sides has been replaced with the triangular Monster Jam logo.

Features/Accessories

No change from the previous release.

Accuracy

Photos of the truck from this era show it with several combinations of logos on te sides of the truck, making this no more or less accurate than last year's configuration.

Overall

With only a minimal change from 2010, there's no need to snag this one unless you're a completist or happen to find one at a good price.
